The Medius is a creative design agency that offers design as a subscription service.
Unlike traditional design agencies that charge per project, The Medius allows clients to access unlimited design requests for a fixed monthly fee. Clients can choose from different plans depending on their needs and budget, and receive their designs within a few business days.
However, The Medius does not limit itself to the subscription model. We also provide the traditional scope of work route for clients who prefer to work on a project basis. The Medius is reimagining design by offering flexibility, affordability and reliability to its clients.

I’m glad you asked that! A full-time senior-level designer is a big expense, over £75,000 a year, plus benefits (and they’re in high demand). Moreover, you may not have enough work for them all the time, so you waste money on unused time. With the monthly plan, you have no strings attached and you can handle multiple projects one request at a time.
As a subscriber, you can fill your project queue with as many design requests as you need and have them completed one by one.
It may sound unbelievable, but The Medius is a solo agency. This means you’ll communicate with me personally, the founder of The Medius. However, for additional services such as animations or custom illustrations, etc, I’ll collaborate with partner designers to provide them.
The average turnaround time for most requests is 2 to 3 business days or in some cases less. However, longer time may be needed for some requests that are more complicated.
We provide you with a variety of ways to send design requests using ClickUp. Some common ways clients send design requests are directly via ClickUp, sharing Word documents or even recording a brief video with Loom (for those who prefer not to type their briefs out). Basically, whatever can be linked to or shared in ClickUp is fine.
Sorry, no refunds here. That’s how confident we are in the quality of our work.
Unfortunately, it’s not magic! Sending ten requests today doesn’t mean they’ll all be ready tomorrow. However, unlimited is exactly what it says — unlimited! You can make as many requests as you want, and we will work on the requests in your queue, every single business day. And if we have to tweak something, that’s okay. Revisions are unlimited, too.
You can optimise your subscription by keeping your queue packed and active, or choose to have more than one subscription to increase your daily design output.
